Hedrick “Rick” Humphries, CEO of Destiny H Enterprises, LLC, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the company. Before founding DHE, Rick served as COO of Hensaal Management Group, Inc., a Chicago-based company specializing in food sales, distribution, and consultation within the Food Service Industry. In his role as COO, Rick was responsible for both Retail and Institutional divisions, where he provided strategic direction that significantly contributed to the company’s profitability and growth. Rick worked with Hensaal Management Group, Inc. for over a decade, helping the company achieve notable success in the industry.

Prior to his tenure at Hensaal, Rick and his family owned and operated two IHOP Restaurants in the Chicagoland area. Under his leadership, these locations were recognized for their operational excellence, consistently ranking among the top-performing stores in the Midwest Region. The Humphries family's dedication to quality and service was also acknowledged by Chicago’s former Mayor Richard M. Daley, who presented them with a letter of proclamation for their contributions to the city and community.

Today, through Destiny H Enterprises, LLC, Rick continues to channel his professional expertise into developing products and services that entertain, delight, and unite people of all ages. His vision for DHE is to create shared experiences that bring people closer together, fostering mutual respect, understanding, and, above all, a good time.
